• Since cloudwind.in is offering digital services we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service at our site.

    However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can happen to the character of the service we supply.

    Consequently, we DO respect demands for the refund on the accompanying reasons:

    Major defects: albeit all the items are completely tested before delivery, sudden blunders might happen. Such issues should be submitted for our Technical Support Team’s approval. We keep the right to rectify or fix the error or defect within 7 Days. In the event that any lack is supported and we neglect to address it inside 7 days from the date of the underlying objection letter or some other notification given by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer after deduction the cost of the resources we purchased for the customer. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; please be advised that temporary access to your PC through team viewer/ Anydesk can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with the Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your PC will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
