Position: Business Development Executive

• He will be responsible for all sales-related work.
• He will be responsible for meeting with clients.
• Traveling Allowance will be paid if needed to Travel.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Lead Generation.
• Candidate must follow up with clients.
• Candidate must follow up with existing customers.
• Candidate must maintain relation with existing clients and make new clients
• Maintain report in Excel.
• Reporting to the Co-Ordinator.
• Submit daily reports in Excel.

Qualifications and Skills

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) or Higher.
• Email, Blog writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Fresher and Experienced candidates both are applicable.

In-hand Salary

• Rs.8,000.00 – Rs.9,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay

• Performance bonus
