At CloudWind Technologies LLP (cloudwind.in), we provide digital services. Please note that due to the nature of these services, refunds are not issued once an order is completed and the service has been delivered. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Therefore, we may consider refund requests under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases for Refund
Major Defects
While all services and products are thoroughly tested before delivery, unforeseen errors may occur.
- Any issues must first be reviewed and verified by our Technical Support Team.
- We reserve the right to correct or resolve the issue within 7 days of receiving the initial complaint.
- If the defect is confirmed and we fail to resolve it within this timeframe, the customer may choose either:
- A refund (minus any costs incurred for resources purchased specifically for the project), or
- A replacement service/product of equal or comparable value.
Important: In order to identify and fix potential issues, our support team may request temporary access to your system via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
- Delays in providing such access may extend the resolution timeline.
- Refusal to provide access will disqualify you from eligibility for a refund.
Note: Clients are solely responsible for adding content to their websites unless otherwise agreed in writing.
